The people, community spaces or user groups that can view the shared folder can be selected in the Split section of the Public document form during uploading the documents related to community space on the Menu/Document storage screen.
Persons, members of Community spaces, User groups can be selected for sharing contents with them with the Select button next to the fields.
Share folders with persons
In the Search user popup window, you can search for the name or nickname of students or employees on the User tab. Various filtering conditions can be set in the window.
The selected user or users can be saved in the Persons field with the Select button of the popup window.
On the My groups tab in the Search user popup window, members of person groups can be searched for in the person groups the user uses in order to share the folder with persons.
The members of the person group can be viewed and the required users can be selected in the Search user popup window by clicking the link of the selected group in the Groups list.
The selected user or users can be saved in the Persons field with the Select button of the popup window.
Share folders with users of community spaces
The community spaces to share the folder with can be selected in the list of the Community spaces popup window.
The selected community spaces can be saved in the Community spaces field with the Select assigned button.
The list of the users in the given community space can be viewed by clicking the Details link at the end of the items on the list.
Share folders with members of user groups
In order to share with members of user groups, the groups you want to share the folder with can be selected in the list displayed in the Own user groups popup window.
Selecting the user groups can be performed with the Select assigned button to share the folder.
The list of the members of the given group can be viewed by clicking the Details link at the end of list elements.
The persons, users of community spaces or members of user groups selected in the Split section of the Public document form can view the shared folder after pressing the Save button on the screen.

A Felhasználói menü/Dokumentumtár felületén a közösségi térhez kapcsolódó dokumentumok feltöltése során a Publikus dokumentum űrlap Megosztás szakaszának felületén választhatók ki azok a személyek, közösségi terek vagy felhasználói csoportok, akik láthatják a megosztott mappát.
A megosztáshoz Személyek, Közösségi terek, Felhasználói csoportok tagjai közül lehet kiválasztani felhasználókat a mezők melletti Választógomb segítségével.

A felugró ablak Kiválasztás gombjával menthető a kiválasztott felhasználó vagy felhasználók a Személyek mezőbe.
A személyekkel történő megosztáshoz a Felhasználó keresése felugró ablakban a Csoportjaim lapon a felhasználó által használt saját egyéncsoportok között is lehet egyéncsoport tagokat keresni.
A Csoportok listában a kiválasztott csoport linkjére kattintva megtekinthetők a Felhasználó keresése felugró ablakban az egyéncsoport tagok, akik közül kiválaszthatók a kívánt felhasználók.
A felugró ablak Kiválasztás gombjával menthető a kiválasztott felhasználó vagy felhasználók a Személyek mezőbe.
Mappa megosztás közösségi terek felhasználóival
A Közösségi terek felugró ablakban megjelenő listából választhatók ki a közösségi terek a mappa megosztásához.
A választott közösségi terek a Kijelöltek kiválasztása gombbal menthetők a Közösségi terek mezőbe.
A felületi lista sorvégi Részletek linkjére megtekinthető az adott közösségi tér felhasználóinak listája.
Mappa megosztás felhasználói csoportok tagjaival
A Felhasználói csoportok tagjaival történő megosztáshoz a Felhasználói csoportjaim felugró ablakban megjelenő listából választhatók ki a csoportok a mappa megosztásához.
A mappa megosztásához a felhasználói csoportok kiválasztása a Kijelöltek kiválasztása gombbal történhet.
A felületi lista sorvégi Részletek linkjére megtekinthető az adott csoport tagjainak listája.
A Publikus dokumentum űrlap Megosztás szakaszának felületén kiválasztott személyek, közösségi terek felhasználói vagy felhasználói csoportok tagjai a felület Mentés gombjának megnyomása után láthatják a megosztott mappát.
