After selecting Personal information in the profile menu, the personal data, natural identifiers, contact details, documents, bank account numbers, data on qualifications and parallel studies recorded in the Neptun system can be viewed and managed. The privileges the student is entitled for are recorded on the personal data screen, furthermore the GDPR and other declarations can be viewed here too.

The institute specifies the data/data sets that the student is allowed to modify, delete, and to which data/data sets the student is allowed to enter a new value. Accordingly, the options for modification of personal data may considerably vary among institutes, there might be different settings even within an institute (e.g. different faculties). |
