A jelentkezés leadásához kitöltendő az ország, amely országban és városban szeretné a gyakorlatot letölteni. Kötelező megadni a gyakorlati koordinátort.
Erasmus gyakorlati pályázat esetén, a Koordinátor kiválasztása gombra kattintva nem csak a szervezeti egység dolgozói közül választható koordinátor, hanem az intézmény összes aktív alkalmazottja közül.
A lista szűkíthető szervezeti egység dolgozóira a Szervezeti egység kiválasztásával, majd a Lista szűrése gombra kattintva.
