A Dokumentumok mezőben a dokumentum neve melletti 
nyílra kattintva megjelennek a dokumentum részletei, ahol a Fájl letöltése linkkel lehetőség van a letöltésre.
Amennyiben egy mappa több fájlt tartalmaz, a fájlok egymás alatt kerülnek megjelenítésre, és egyenként tölthetők le.
A felületen a Mappa létrehozása gombra felugró Mappa kiválasztása ablakban egy listában megjelennek a saját mappák, amelyek hozzárendelhetők a közösségi térhez.

By clicking the XXX icon next to the name of the document in the Documents field, the details of the document appear, and it can be downloaded with the Download file link.
If a folder contains more files, the files are displayed one under the other, and can be downloaded one by one.
By clicking the Create folder button the Select folder window pops up, where the student's own folders are listed, which can be assigned to the community space.
The columns shown:
- Name (name of folder)
- Size
- Date of last modification
- Név (Mappa neve)
- Méret
- Utolsó módosítás időpontja
A felületen a Részletek linkre egy felugró ablakban megjelenik a mappa tartalma fájl letöltési lehetőséggel.
