The dormitory application can be modified in the Applications block of the Administration/Dormitory application screen as long as the application period lasts.
The interval of the application period is shown in the Select a period field. If there are more than one period for which application was submitted, the period for modification must be selected in the dropdown field.
The dormitories selected in the selected period and their order can be seen in the Applications block. A blue number indicates the place of the selected dormitory in the order
A kollégiumi jelentkezés az Ügyintézés/Kollégiumi jelentkezés menüpont Jelentkezések blokkjában módosítható addig, amíg a jelentkezési időszak le nem zárult.
Az Időszak kiválasztása mezőben jelenik meg a jelentkezési időszak intervalluma. Ha több időszak is van, ahol már történt jelentkezés, lenyíló mezőben kell a módosításra váró időszakot kiválasztani.
A Jelentkezések blokkban a kiválasztott időszakban megjelölt kollégiumok és azok sorrendje látható. Kék szám jelzi a kiválasztott kollégium sorrendjét.
A kiválasztott időszak melletti Módosítás gomb segítségével nyitható meg a felület a módosításhoz. Ilyenkor a folyamatjelző sávban a Véglegesítés szakasz nincs kipipálva.
